VA-UK ("we") will send you a confirmation email which details the information we hold about your account, once you have completed and sent this form.

If any of this information is incorrect please notify us by return email as soon as possible.

Payment & fees

You agree to pay for a "Ultimate Plan”, billed at £1620 + VAT per month. This allocates you 60 hours of VA support. Invoices are issued on your billing date and due for payment immediately.
Any unused hours from your current billing period will roll over to your next billing period (they do not roll over indefinitely).
Any additional time logged above the hours allocated to you in your plan are billed at £30 per hour + VAT. Invoices for additional time are sent to you at the end of the relevant billing period and are also due for immediate payment.
The date you submit this form constitutes your first billing date. You'll be billed for your plan once we receive this form and payment for this is due immediately (payment is due by Direct Debit unless agreed otherwise).
You will be billed every month on your billing date, unless we are told otherwise. If you wish to cancel or change your plan, we require four working days notice before your next billing date.
All customers will receive full VAT invoices. You’ll be able to view time logs, as well as download copies of your invoices, on the VA-UK secure management portal.
